This page explains how enquiries submitted through the Estonian Dog House website are handled.

The form collects the name, contact details, model choice and message you provide. Do not include sensitive information unnecessary for a quote.

We use the data to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote at your request. It is stored in the website database and a notification is sent through email services. It is not published or automatically used for marketing emails.

We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or agreement. You may request deletion of unnecessary data by email. Order documents are retained according to applicable requirements.

WhatsApp and Google translation are external services opened only when you select their links; their own privacy terms apply. Temporary IP hashes help prevent enquiry spam.

Google Analytics is included for traffic measurement. You can manage optional analytics preferences in the cookie settings. Google also processes data under its own privacy terms. Analytics consent is not required to submit an enquiry.
